- KMKerri MooreAug 30, 20262.0We ordered a couple of chiller/coolata drinks and while we did get the drinks at a quick pace however both were poorly made. The drinks were not blended correctly, mine had large pieces of ice cubes still in it, so its not drinkable halfway in. Its a bit disappointing

- MSManuel SJul 24, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience. The barista made my coffee incorrectly, so I politely asked if it could be remade because it wasn’t what I ordered. Instead of helping, she became visibly upset and argued that I was the one who was wrong. When she took the drink back, she snatched it out of my hand so forcefully that her entire hand hit my wrist. The interaction felt aggressive and completely unprofessional. The way she grabbed the drink and made forceful contact with my wrist felt like an assault to me. No customer should be treated that way for simply asking to have an incorrect order fixed. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the situation so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
