    I ordered 2 refreshers and 2 bagel twists. I was asked to park, (so fast I had to take a second to process what she said) and they'd bring it out to me. There was only 1 peraon behind me in drive through. She also did not greet or utter a word to me when I pulled up to window, just snatched my card out of my hand. I am a pretty patient person, but after waiting more than 10 mins in parking spot, I went inside and asked for my items, only to see them just sitting on the counter. After getting home, I looked in my bag to find a sandwich instead of 2 bagel twists. I don't usually have an issue with this location during morning hours, but today I went in the afternoon.

    Have never had such a bad experience at a Dunkin before! I stop at dunkin all the time sometimes 3-4 times a day I happened to stop by the 860 Post Road location and after seeing the actions of the "manager" more like "monster" i certainly wont be back to this location and probably will take some time before Dunkin gets my business again.

    I hate to leave this location a poor review because this store has some of the freshest/higher quality donuts I've gotten from any Dunkin, but I do have a complaint. Over the course of the last two years, I would say 5/10 times that I go I find a tiny black hair in my food. Whether the hair is on the paper used to hold the food (like the wrapper on a sandwich for example), or inside the sandwich/food itself, I seem to find one more and more frequently the more attention I pay to my food before I bite it. Management - Please address this concern with your staff members, particularly the ladies you have food handling. Hair needs to be tied up, and above the neck. Maybe it's time we bring back hairnets.

    I come here pretty often, they usually do so good here! Unfortunately, I placed an order for Bacon Avocado Toast through the app and they did not give me the bacon on top. Couldn't turn back to get it fixed because I was in a bit of a rush, but still a disappointing thing to happen.

    Apparently the owner gets upset when you bring back a coffee that wasn't made right. Today he was literally trying to fight me about it. Followed me out to the parking lot. BEWARE of this place if your order is wrong and owner is there. They have a new girl at the window who only listens to half of what you say. Then when you question why your order is wrong she blames it on you with an attitude. Even though I order the same thing every day for 20 years but some how I order everything wrong Same girl still there. And every weekend I go through there my order is either wrong or something has been forgotten. Today she saw me trying to have my phone scanned and she looked right at me continued to process my order. then when she came to get my money I was like why didn't u scan my phone.. She said she didn't see it even though I was flashing it in her face. She knew what she was doing. She gave me a big smile and said sorry I didn't see it. Stay away from on sundays. Saturday is hit or miss
