    I wanted to share an experience I had at this Dunkin' location on June 11. I've been a regular customer here for quite some time because the staff is always friendly, helpful, and consistently provides great service. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. I went through the drive-thru and requested three assorted boxes of Munchkins (25 per box, for a total of 75 Munchkins). I was told by the manager, Kayla, that this was a "large order" and that I should come inside. I explained that I was on my way to take my son to school and couldn't leave my vehicle. My son was with me, and for safety and convenience, the drive-thru was the best option. What surprised me was not the request itself, but the way it was communicated. The conversation felt unnecessarily abrupt and dismissive. At one point, the order was referred to as 125 Munchkins, when I had only requested three 25-count boxes, totaling 75. Rather than continuing the discussion, I tried to make things easier by reducing my order to two boxes. I completely understand that businesses get busy and that staffing or production challenges can happen. However, customer service matters, especially from management. A polite explanation would have gone a long way. In the end, I received 50 assorted Munchkins instead of the 75 I originally wanted. While the order itself wasn't a major issue, the interaction left a disappointing impression. I want to emphasize that every other employee I've encountered at this location has been wonderful, which is exactly why I continue to visit. This review reflects a single interaction with management and not the excellent service I've consistently received from the rest of the team. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I would love to continue supporting this location and seeing the same level of customer service that has always made it stand out. P.S. Kayla, the math was part of the issue. Three boxes of 25 Munchkins each equals 75, not 125. Even my 13-year-old caught that right away. As someone who reviews customer service experiences regularly for a living, this was definitely not the kind of interaction I expected from management. *****Kudos to the other folks that work at this Dunking. They don't need to apologize for you.****

    Rude manager she called us after we left a bad review with coprate and was nasty on the phone I will never go there again she needs to respect her customers. They need one person for counter and two for drive through not 4 people at drive through and making the walk ins wait and then be rude to them

    I preferred this dunkin because the drivethru was quick, but after the remodel they don't process your card quickly anymore. They now take the whole machine and stick it out the window and you have to go through a bunch of pompts. It's inconvienent.

    My go to Dunkin literally has never let me down especially after the remodel the food is always made how you like it and crew/staff always hella nice

    The manger has a very poor attitude. All over me asking for a banana donut. She had to raise her voice and tell my fiancee and I that know dunkin has ever sold banana donuts. Sorry thats false. I have had different variations of banana bread donuts in Swansea and Fall River, MA. The customer always right. The facted that your staff apologized for you yelling at my fiancee and I over a donut is ridiculous. I feel bad for people who work around you. I asked for toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese on it. Well bagel wasn't really toasted and the cream cheese was not on it. My banana cloud latte wasn't that good from this location. During the week staff are better. I prefer different locations over this one. I'll stop before or drive by thid location for different dunkin next time. This whole experience put me in bad mood.
