Friendly staff. Not crazy about the Atmosphere. The long rows of stainless steel tables looks like a prison. 😆 Nothing about the inside says sit and stay here.

This is absolutely the worst place to get a burrito. Every single time they look like a used filled diaper that falls apart the second you start trying to eat it. They overstuffed the random things you add in it and then they can't even wrap it. I think they need to retrain their staff or fire whoever is working the line during lunch hours because clearly they are incompetent.

I was visiting from out of town and had a very disappointing experience April 20 around 2:09 PM. The employee assisting me rushed me while I was ordering, even though there was no one behind me, and repeatedly got my order wrong. When I calmly clarified what I wanted, she became visibly irritated.
While preparing my order, she gave me white rice instead of the brown rice I requested. When I pointed it out, she responded unprofessionally, saying I was “killing her” because she had to go get the correct rice. She then came back and added chicken without me asking for chicken so I tell her I didn’t ask for chicken is there someone else that can assist me. She responds and say I can only deal with her. At checkout, I was also charged for an item I did not order, which added to the frustration.
When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. Another employee then intervened and escalated the situation instead of helping resolve it, leading to an unnecessary confrontation while I was recording the interaction.
The rice was cold food was extra greasy I’ve never been to chipotle and the bowl is covered in grease at the bottom.
Overall, the level of customer service I experienced was unacceptable. Management should be aware of how situations like this are handled and the impact it has on customers. It’s sad when other customers came up to me saying that the employee I was dealing with is ALWAYS rude.

Literally the re launch of the hot honey chicken and they ran out (understandable, probably in high demand) but you would think the “supervisors” would be a bit more apologetic. In the 10 minutes I was here 1 customer was upset about an online order and the other about a burrito being improperly wrapped. Shambles store and operation.

If I could give a -5 stars I would go in to get my order no where near closed being respectful with everything I ordered. and David at the post road location in Warwick has and attitude for doing his job there was no steak and he said it would be long for it so I said I’ll wait then another employee comes out the back and says why u lying. dude has an attitude problem and shouldn’t be working anywhere with people when he goes to the back to tell them to get more steak he’s throwing his hands up rolling his eyes and on top of all the attitude he thought I already paid after getting my food . me being respectful told him I didn’t pay yet then he charges me 29 dollars said it declined and then 36 dollars after that so I had to turn around and go back in because he double charged me and now I have to wait up to 7 days for a refund… money not the problem but what a joke of a place will be calling corporate tomorrow and hope they fire that kid. Now let’s see if I get my refund and on top of that they forgot a whole meal on my order last week I’ll drive an hour away to another location before ever going there again and the food was digesting cheese not even melted steak not all the way cooked if your job is to piss people off you guys sure did it.
