  Wouldn’t go back to this one. Food trays were all crusty, cross contaminated, dry, and I got home and found a fly in it. Can’t call them or access customer service either

  I will never be back to this Chipotle when in there and of course there was three Spanish ladies and the Spanish customer in front of me who they proceeded to give three scoops of steak and made at least a 4 pound bowl for no additional cost because I watch the entire thing of course when it was my turn I got half a scoop and I had to ask four times for more cheese to get the normal amount this is ridiculous people are sick of this type of treatment from service staff I'm gonna find the other chipotle's that you also own and I'm not going to those either

  The manager Raeanna was incredibly rude to her coworkers as well as customers. She was speaking disrespectfully to everyone around her and made everyone feel very uncomfortable. She was belittling and yelling in a degrading way to a very nice employee who was taking our order. I have been a patron of this restaurant for many years and I have never seen such unprofessionalism and blatant abuse of employees. I feel very sad for such an unpleasant experience and the fact that your employees are being subject to such tremendous disrespect. I hope she is spoken to (or terminated) as this is completely unacceptable behavior. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this establishment as long as she is there. The kind man who helped take our order was clearly upset by the way he was being spoken to and my 9 year old daughter started to cry when we left because she felt so bad the man got yelled at while making her order. Her negative attitude was apparent as soon as I walked in the door. She was holding a mop and told another customer they better not spill anything because she already cleaned. The chairs were up on the tables and she asked a customer why he is eating there because she did not want anyone to eat there. I do not believe you would tolerate this and wanted to make you aware. Please give kudos to this kind gentleman that helped us, he is very tall with curly hair and freckles and has been there on my last several visits and always very pleasant and courteous. He does not deserve this terrible manager yelling at him while he is doing a good job. We will not be returning to this mockery of an establishment.

  Messy, loud, staff seemed pretty checked out and uninterested in being there. Gave me rice when I said no rice and I asked for red salsa and they started giving me green. Idk. It’s chipotle not the end of the world $15 for a little burrito bowl is crazy but so is $10 for a bag of chips at the grocery store idk what’s normal anymore.

  Loud hardcore rap music blasting from an employee speaker - place was a mess inside. I’m a huge chipotle fan but this experience literally has me considering shorting chipotle stock. This location used to be so well run. Not sure what happened.
