  If I could give you negative stars on service I would. We placed a $300+ order for employees with your store and were missing some food and items incorrect. Fine. We can deal w the pita instead of bowl but when we called the young girl who answered was rude. called me "girl" was laughing at me over the phone. She then passed the phone to the "manager" and he was not manager material. He again told us there was nothing he could do and would not even fulfill the one salmon bowl that was missing. I asked for his name and was hung up on. I called back and this time a woman answered and told me she did not know what was going on because she just *walked into work*. Great. She told me she could not help neither. I asked her to tell me her managers name and she would not. She said * call back and speak to the general manager* and hung up as well. CAVA is this how you treat paying customers? You ridicule them when they have an issue with an order? Managers there are teaching employees that is is okay to hang up and laugh at a unhappy customer? You just potentially lost about a good 17-20 customers and future catering business from us. I think you need to re train your employees on good customer service and how detrimental it is to your company. 08.11.2026 11AM. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

  Had a great experience at CAVA in Warwick. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was outstanding, and the management team was welcoming and attentive. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a great guest experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  We had the best customer service from Jesus (I think that was his name)! He was so kind, cared about our service, and friendly! The food was also great, but the service from Jesus is really what this review is for!

  The Cava in Warwick is phenomenal. My very first order there was misplaced, but Javier and his staff were so accommodating and completely remade my order and have been nothing short of the best ever visit I’ve been since. I will always recommend this Cava to anyone. They are simply the best.
