Easily worst Cava in all of Rhode Island, if you’re able to go to any of the other ones do it. Workers are rude and just stare at you when you greet them and not to mention how stingy they are. They act like the food comes out of their paychecks over here. Go somewhere else that’ll actually treat you right.

Visiting from England for business, came in today and mentioned it was my first time trying Cava and my server (I didn't catch her name - sorry) stated don't worry this one's on me. Unbelievable customer service! I don't know if this is company policy or whether she was just being nice but this is exceptional service that will definitely have me return. I would have done anyway as the food can be customised so much and there are loads of healthy options to pick from which isn't always the easiest thing to find in the USA (sorry Americans but whilst your food is good, it's not very healthy!). I made sure I went and got the amount my meal cost from the atm and tipped it to the young lady that served me, she didn't want to accept but I insisted. You are a credit to the company and left a lasting impression on me visiting from overseas, I hope you get the credit you deserve. Bravo! 👏👏👏
