Then the ‘manager’ tried to tell us they were sold out of our items. He refused to refund us, and told us it was our problem and we had to call the app support line. He wouldn’t give us the drinks (that are served all day) we paid for, because apparently they were ‘sold out’ of those too. Then he had the audacity to threaten us to call the cops because we were holding up the drive thru line trying to figure out how to get our money back. Just soooooo incredibly rude and unhelpful. Shame on them.
