- JVJulia VMay 23, 20263.0Visiting this Dunkin’ is more or less a coin flip. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it isn’t, generally it’s mediocre. I will say that I’ve never had an issue attitude wise with any staff members. They’ve always been either neutral or very kind and courteous to me! I know how busy it gets during rushes like the morning, and I appreciate it. Selection is standard as per most locations and food quality is (unsurprisingly) average as per other Dunkins. My main issue is with my orders. I’ve had many orders over the years I’ve been doing here that have been missing an item, have the wrong item, or just aren’t done as asked. This hasn’t been as big of an issue over the past 2 years, so I’ll give them that!! However my other gripe is with the iced cappuccinos. Three times now, I’ve ordered one and have gotten it totally wrong. And it’s been wrong the same way each time. I think they straight up forgot to add the espresso/coffee in? Because all I ask for is an iced cappuccino with caramel and Splenda. The caramel is in there. The Splenda is in there. The milk is in there. But the drink is completely white like a vanilla bean coolatta instead of a shade of light brown 😅 The first time I figured maybe iI was busy or they were training someone or just messed up. But it’s happened two more times since in the past year and a half or so. I have gotten it correct a few times, so I’m unsure if it’s the same person each time or what. It’s really strange and I only have this issue with iced cappuccinos- just a white frothy milk drink. Overall- staff is nice and location is clean. Just double check your order before you leave and you’ll be fine.
