Small portions, not made to order (barely any salad, too much sour cream and cheese), grisly chicken, cold undercooked beans… and to top it off, they packed the takeout bag poorly and the dressing got all over my pants. This location used to be great, now it SUCKS.

A restaurant would have to be pretty amazing in order for me to wait an hour to be seated, but I didn't really feel like feeding the employees this evening. Corporate team-- you really dropped the ball with this location. Poor service, poor quality, terrible parking... and the summer isn't even here yet. To be avoided at all costs.

When I went, it wasn’t busy at all, but the service still felt rushed. My portion of food was noticeably small for the price I paid and compared to what I’m used to. The food was quickly and a bit carelessly packaged and moved to the checkout. The main thing that stood out was the overall atmosphere while I was eating. One of the employees was singing very loudly for a good portion of the time I was there, which made it harder to enjoy my meal, and I ended up finishing it at home. Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t great. In the future, I will most likely try other nearby options for Mexican food.
