My son (17) and I really wanted Sonic and found this one. We are from Georgia and have really missed going. This place though was AWFUL!!!! First, it doesn't look open at all, there's trash every where. My kid and I pulled into a stall anyway and after 10 minutes no one would answer us. So we decided to go though the drive though and after a few minutes someone finally greeted us with a "What do you want?". Really? We get to the window and finally get out stuff but it is burnt, the slushy is melted and there's not a strawberry in sight in my strawberry limeade. This place needs to be shut down, hire new management or something. Just awful!!

Didn't bring us out our food after ordering in app. Waited 30 minutes. Pushed red button. No response. Went through drive thru. No response. Went inside and the two workers were sitting down and said they were 'on break'. They looked annoyed that I was interrupting them, but did finally go in the back and get my food that was cold by that time. Horrible experience and seemed VERY mismanaged. Will not be going back.

Terrible employees this was my 2nd time coming and both times the guy on thr microphone for the drive through always has an attitude. Terrible service here

Terrible location. Have tried to come here twice in two years. 1st time I waited for 15 minutes at the speaker for someone to acknowledge we were there. I would have thought they were closed if someone wasn’t in line in front of us. We then waited 20-25 minutes for the actual order. No apologies for the delay or lack of communication. We then tried again yesterday (Mother’s Day) for food for my kids. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker with no acknowledgment and then we drove off. I see from other reviews that the owner must be aware of how terrible this location is but yet they choose to ignore it. Will never try this location again.

I waited in the stall after pushing the button for 28 minutes. Not once did someone take my order and I also had to repush the button atleast 4 times. There were 2 people in drive thru lane and 2 cars in the stalls including my car. I proceeded to jump in the drive thru and place my order. I sat at the speaker for 12 minutes before someone finally spoke to me through the speaker. The gentleman was rude without even trying. They advertised 1.99 root beer floats which is an item I wanted but I was informed they had no small cups so I couldn't get the 1.99 size. I then waited another 16 minutes to finally get my food and there was only 2 cars ahead of me when I started the drive thru lane. Very unprofessional. Very slow. This is my first time to this sonic since moving here from Florida and honestly it's left such a bad first impression that I don't think I will come back here.
