The woman with dark ponytail - perhaps the manager? - put her bare fingers on part of the food when picking it up which I didn't eat and threw it out- gross - and then tries getting rude with you. She should not be working there I've reported the incident to Dunkindonuts.

Restaurants clean& restrooms too I heard the manager & crew was in first place in 3 states(Eastern Massachusetts, Connecticut, in Rhode Island for raising donations above 4800 for child hunger foundation. I had to come and check it out for myself. My service was great. I observed the manager concerned for a guess who is leaving with a cane having a tough time walking and she the manager was very passionate in assisting the person leaving, holding the door open, making sure the elderly got in their car. When she walked in, she greeted everyone who was sitting down, continued to coach her team to repeat orders for accuracy…… I can see why my corporate friend was asking about the manager I had a great experience and felt well come, with a appreciation poster. Pictures to see !! She deserves an award for what she does!!! Her name was Vanessa.
