If I am paying 6.00 for a refresher drink I expect to get what I ordered , because I order it with sparkling water which they charge you .50 more for it shouldn’t be flat. I tip them well. So the person I found out her name is Linda. She ought to be respectful to what people are ordering. She stated it was a new bottle of sparkling water which when I asked to see the rest of the bottle no bottle. So obviously I get them a lot and know that it only uses a half bottle of sparkling water. So I can assure you I will no longer go there when she is working. Rude…. I give a dollar tip each time. I think that’s a good tip . She should learn about being better to customers. Seriously

Whenever I order this, the workers mix the matcha and milk, then pour it over ice. I am highly disappointed and what a waste of money!!!! Also, the lady at the window was quite rude. I asked her for a donut and she seemed highly inconvenienced even though there was no line and no one inside.
