  Recently moved to the area and had been I iffy about chipotle the last few years after countless bad experiences at other locations in MA, but I would have to say this location has been great so far. Each time I have gone, I ordered online for pickup in the drive thru, and it was always ready on time and quick. The portion sizes are what the should be for the price and the quality of the food has been good all three times I’ve visited. Thank you to the staff for always being friendly and making sure orders are good/prepared correctly.

  You can't make this stuff up! I was in line with my kids. The red head kid with the long hair says the chicken will be done in 5 minutes. But he already started making my son's meal, but just put it to the side until the chicken was done. The chicken was done in like 2 minutes, but a small line had developed. A girl comes from behind the counter and takes the next customer. She had no idea what was going on so she took the next customer. The red hair kid was struggling making a burrito for another customer so I just waited until he was done. The girl asked me if I had been waiting for something while she was already helping her customer, but she had also notice a meal that wasn't completed, so she asked about it. I said we was just waiting on the chicken. So she proceeded to finish the meal and make my daughter's tacos. I was going to tell the red head who originally took my order what I wanted a rice bowl cause the girl was already tied up with a customer. I told the red head I wasn't done with my order so he told me I had to get back in line. I told him I was already in line but was waiting on the chicken. I just know he's lazy. He did not want to make my bowl simply because he was lazy. I dont go to Chipotle like that anyways, too many authentic mexican restaurants to choose from around here. I definitely won't be going back there. Poor customer service at the highest level for that kid. Also, they always have empty meat in the containers or the meat looks dried out.

  I ordered online at 10pm had a feeling I might get terrible food since they close at 11pm. I was absolutely correct, no fajita Peppers, the tiniest drop of sour cream like it came off a toddler spoon. Was also cold to warm in the bowls. The quasdilla was hot thoguh. Maybe chipotle should close a bit sooner if things are gonna be half assed. Waste of $55

  I ordered 2 steak bowls ectra rice and sour cream ....get home theres a pool of sour crram no meat rice was cold and old and they werent busy 3 people doing nothing and your serving pans are empty they scraped the bottom of pans and they didnt care ...im tired of spending 30 or more and restraunts dont give you the food uou order and scrape pans and shrug their shoulds ...i am not happpy ...i want my money refunded
