  Placed an order through their app - when I arrived to pickup up they were closed, there was no notice indicating that and only their hours were posted showing open at 5:30am when I arrived around 7am, their app is maintained by third party so I’m not sure who to go to for an order which I paid for but never received

  We had to wait 30 minutes in the drive through they kept saying one moment so we ordered on the app and then pulled up and some girl that’s young had a bad attitude and told us all the way to go around and probably wait another time we asked for the manager and the manager was really nice and gave us extra food witch is why it is two star not one

  I noticed there was a long line in the drive-thru, but it was understandable since it’s dinner. It took me 15 minutes just to get to the speaker. While I waited to get to the speaker, I placed a mobile order. Once I got to the speaker, it took 10 minutes of me sitting there before I was done waiting. There was no line in front of me so I drove up to the window to see if they were having an issue with the speaker or something. I proceeded to tell the girl (who I later found out was named Taisha although I am not sure of the spelling since I didn’t receive a receipt) that no one spoke to me for ten minutes at the speaker box but I had my numbers for my mobile order. She told me she supposedly “couldn’t take an order at the window”. So I requested to speak to someone who could help me because I was not leaving until I received the food that I paid for. She brought over the manager and when I asked for her name she said she didn’t have to tell me, but finally the manager gave me her name. They also DID NOT give me the receipt. This location is AWFUL and I will NOT be returning.

  I ordered my food through the drive-thru at 6pm, I waited 30 minutes after they told me to park and wait. I went to make my first move after watching other customers receiving their food after mine. I went in there to speak about my situation and they told me they’d have it ready soon, I go back in my car and wait another 30 minutes just for them to tell me that my food will be done in 4 mins. 20 more minutes go by and they have yet to give me the food. They eventually gave me my food after waiting a whopping hour and a half. I have been nothing but respectful to them, but i’ll make sure to never come back to that specific location after the fact.

  Would give a 0 if I could, waited about 15 minutes in the drive through line before the woman told me she couldn't do anything at the window and I needed to wait again. My food was already paid for and all she needed to do was hand it to me.
