Took 5 minutes before they even came over to take our order and another 15 minutes before we got our food. 8 ppl waiting for their food. Ridiculous. Zero stars, and they are nasty and rude and only care about what they all did last night

Most of the time that i get dunkin from here i order it 10 minutes ahead of time, just for me to sit there for an additional 10 minutes waiting for my food to be ready. They either mess up your order, don’t give you something, or they never have anything I want. They need better management, and a whole new team. I have had the workers just stare at me as I wait for my food, and not make anything. They have such a mean attitude as well. They’d rather just talk to each other and gossip than actually help the paying customers. They also consistently lie and say that they’re closed just to go home early, there have been times where i just want a cup of water or a donut and they say that they’re closed when they close in 30 min. They have consistently disappointed me and others with their behavior and customer service. Do better. After trying to go there again, to idk maybe see if they can do better it is clear they cannot. They never have anything, it’s a waste of my money when they don’t have cream cheese for my bagel. i’m not about to eat a dry bagel be for real. And i can’t even get my money back, even with the amount of times this has happened. Never coming back would rather go to the starbucks even if they are more expensive, at least they have stuff.

They made "fresh coffee" and was colder than it already was at first. Also they had very bad attitude from the beginning.

Opened 15 mins late, took another 5 mins to set up the line barriers, then the girl decided to clean the the front counter, but she was doing it like she was a customer, leaning over the register. She could have done that while she was taking the orders of the 18 very angry people. The entire staff had a horrible attitude. Would never recommend.
