- MMmisosoupSep 18, 20261.0UPDATE: I reached out to customer service a week ago now and still have not received a refund. I have paid for a coffee I never received. This is not being resolved. I had an issue with my Taco Bell order the other day and wrote an email in and was given a code for $10 off the same day. Dunkin is massively slacking on customer service. WARNING ‼️ they WILL NOT refund you at the window if you place a mobile order. They insist you need to do it through the app. Which requires you to email customer service. Placed an order for one coffee on the mobile app. When I got to the drive through was told they couldn’t make it because they didn’t have the ingredients. I said that was fine, I could just go somewhere else. But when I asked for a refund I was told “we don’t process the refunds, you have to do it through the app.” Which is odd. When I researched it apparently I was supposed to go to the window to ask for a refund. But I ended up leaving and having to email customer service for my $4 back. Ridiculous. Won’t be returning to this location. And if the only way to get a refund is “through the app” then I might never order on the app again. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

I ordered food in a chiller just to be told at the window that there's no food available. Why isn't it made not available on the app so that we don't order it and waste our money and time. I was told to reach out to customer service for a refund. I should be able to get my refund right there immediately from the store. Why do I have to be inconvenience to wait 2 to 3 days to get a refund for something I didn't do wrong.
