  I order a coffee off my points and when I got to the dunkin they told me they have no Hot coffee and can’t refund (put points back ) so I left with nothing and my points gone The customer service nowadays is just not customer service growing up. You had to solve the solution you had to fix the problem. You never turned down a customer and say well I can’t help you. There’s nothing I can do and Dunkin’ Donuts not to have hot coffee or donuts is diabolical it’s literally in your name.

  This dunkin' donuts is an absolute war zone. People are hanging around in the parking lot with car doors wide open, music blaring, yelling and screaming. The inside was dirty, customers were yelling and making strange noises. I tried to sit at a table for a few minutes and somebody sat down with me and asked for money and food. I will never return to this dunkin' donuts.

  This place was a disaster. Store was messy the sandwich lady was cussing at everyone and burning food. Dont go here if you can help it

  Got the six dollar meal but no bacon and asked for the live coffee with almond milk and it was super dark don’t come here save your money………..
