- GCGina CastroJul 3, 20263.0There’s a new summer crew that seems to have taken over this Dunkin'. I haven’t seen the employees who usually worked during the winter in quite a while. Since the new staff is still learning, I’ve tried to be patient because I’m a regular customer. However, I’m paying for my food, and the service and quality just haven’t been acceptable. It doesn’t matter if there’s 2 to 6 people on the drive through line it’s always gonna take forever. They also never acknowledge customers at the drive-thru by saying, "I'll be right with you." Instead, they just leave you sitting there until they're ready to take your order. Today, my hash browns were completely smashed, and they never toast the bread before putting the bacon and egg on it, so the sandwich is cold and unappetizing. I wasn't even planning to leave a review until I was eating the rest of my hash browns and found a hair in them. It’s usually the same three employees—two women and one man—working together, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Because of that, I probably won’t be coming back. The owner is such a kind lady, and whenever she’s there, the food is prepared properly and the service is much better. I hope these issues are addressed because this location used to be one of my favorites.
