- EEEmily EJun 25, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a large half-mango, half-strawberry refresher with green tea, another small drink, and one avocado toast. Right away, I noticed they would not give me a receipt. When I received my avocado toast, the sticker clearly showed two avocado toasts, even though I only ordered one. I pointed this out to the employee, and she insisted I was only charged for one without providing any receipt to verify it. Then my drinks came out, and both were small. I politely explained that one of them was supposed to be a large. The employee told me they had rung it up as a small. I asked how much the difference would be and offered to pay the upcharge for the large size. One employee started pouring the small drink into a large cup as if she was going to correct the mistake. Then another employee came over, stopped her, and rudely said, “No, she paid for a small. She gets a small,” before handing it out the window with an attitude. I wasn’t asking for anything for free—I was literally offering to pay the difference to get the size I originally requested. The refusal to provide a receipt, the confusion with my order, and the rude customer service were completely unacceptable. I visit Dunkin regularly and have never been treated this poorly. This location clearly does not care about customer service or fixing mistakes. I will never return to this Dunkin, and I would not recommend it to anyone. ⭐☆☆☆☆
