I prefer ordering online. But the staff is always friendly and eager to fix mistakes. I just wanted to speak for the rest of the neighborhood on this, we like the R&B that this Dunkin plays. They are always playing amazing music in here however today that changed. I overheard a customer conversation asking what is going on with the music and an employee says that they have been asked to change it to café music. I just want the branch managers to know that we do not want this. Please keep the R&B. If I wanted quirky boutique Café experiences, then I would not go to Dunkin.
