  Very disappointing first experience. I was charged a 45% tip without being given a opportunity to review or authorize it before payment, along with incorrect food charges. Customer service was unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue remotely. I expected much better transparency and service. I won't be returning.

  I came here on a Sunday to watch the NFL games. I had to sit at the bar because I was "by myself, and that's the rule" according to 1 of the hostesses. A short while later. The other hostess approached me and apologized for the apparent misunderstanding and told me she spoke with the manager and he would be over to speak with me. 30 minutes later, the mgr. Casually strolled behind the bar and asked me if I needed anything as he was walking by. I believe that was the aforementioned conversation I was expecting. I placed my order with a female bartender along with a draft. She brought the drink, and I thought I was waiting for the food. I never saw her again. The newly arrived bar tender, asked if I needed anything. I told him I ordered food. He asked for my name, then last name then as he looked on the computer, and said there was no order and he will put it in. It will be about 20 minutes. I ordered the 10 oz sirloin steak medium rare. The steak came medium well and had a terrible texture, almost like eating leftovers. The loaded mashed and frazzled onions were good. I paid for my food but stayed for the 4:00 games as well, so I opened a new bill. When looking through the food menu, there is an insert, that was not in the menu I viewed earlier. The "Pick your play and eat for 4.99" which includes the 10 oz sirloin i ordered before. The original bartender that disappeared, said the only specials available during football games is $5 drinks and 10 wings for $10. For dinner there was a 3rd bartender. I asked if I could have the fish and chips off of the play and eat menu. She asked which card amount I wanted. So I asked if the special was valid today, and she looked at me genuinely confused and told me it was. I stayed

  I asked multiple times to purchase my game cards at the front. Instead my kids and I waited 45 minutes for game cards at the table. We were a large party and purchased almost $200 in game cards which then we were charged a 20% tip for a large party on the game cards we ordered at the table without being able to remove it. By time we got squared away the kids were miserable and the $400 bill just simply was not worth the trouble especially knowing $40 worth of a “tip” was on game cards alone.

  D and B’s provides great entertainment for the entire family! Everyone loves the variety of games and food is good too!

  Went there today and recharged my x2 cards with $70 plus on each. My mistake on trusting my 5yr old to hold on to his card, and NOT LOSE IT. Unfortunately, he lost it and I was disappointed in myself. While at the ticket gift shop, an employee noticed I lost my card with all my tickets as I was tapping my pockets and looking for the lost card. She insisted on calling management over to assist me. Meanwhile, a child or adult was having a wonderful time with my lost card with over 350 plus game chips. A life saver manager (Matt) came over and I actually had my receipts. I showed him the card I have and unfortunately the receipt for the card I lost. Matt was exceptional and Gave me a Brand new card with 400 plus game chips!!! Unfortunately, he said he cannot gift us tickets on the card but I was so grateful, that didn't matter. The lovely employee at the Gift store, also help us by gifting us tickets to pay for my children's Gifts. Its really rare some times to exceptional customer service. We go to Dave and Busters often to play games and todays experience just makes us want to go more know they are such amazing people who work there. THANK You again.
