  Came to Dave & Buster’s expecting games, food (& the usual chaos) and somehow Lindsey ended up being the best part of the experience. She was friendly, attentive & actually made us feel like we were there to have a good time rather than just swipe a card & throw money at a claw machine. Great energy, great customer service & the kind of personality that makes even a busy shift feel effortless. She clearly knows how to take care of people & make them feel welcome, which honestly goes a long way. If Dave & Buster’s had a “reason to come back” category, Lindsey would absolutely be in the top tier.

  The food was good, lots of game and food deals. The staff were very friendly. Courtney, the manager was quick on her toes and very friendly. She came to our table, introduced herself, and was very accommodating. Nowadays you don't see many resteraunt managers actually chat with customers and checkin to make their night great. She was extremely welcoming and helpful

  Great place for family fun! Courtney the restaurant manager and all the staff were exceptional. Small mistake with an order and without asking Courtney came right over to our table, she fixed the order, and was very friendly. My grandson lost his play card a while later and she saw him crying as I was looking to purchase a new one. She immediately stepped up and was able to find our unlimited play purchase and give him a new card with our same credits. Great job! We will be returning.

  I had a very uncomfortable experience at Dave & Buster’s. One of my guests was stopped at the entrance because the employee thought they looked young and demanded ID. When we questioned it, she said, “I’ll get my manager,” with an attitude, and then followed behind her manager the entire time in a way that felt unnecessarily confrontational. The manager allowed us to enter, and we had a good time playing the games. However, when we later left to get food, the situation happened again. We waited for the host to finish ordering and leave with the food, but instead of simply allowing us to proceed, we were stopped by the woman again to order our food and made to wait outside. It felt like my guest was being specifically targeted, almost as if we were being treated like thieves. What made it worse was seeing several other people walk in without being questioned while every one of my guests was questioned. The employee who repeatedly stopped us was a heavy-set white woman with red hair and glasses. Her behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable and embarrassing. I understand that Dave & Buster’s may have age and ID policies, and I have no problem with employees checking IDs when required. The problem was the way we were treated and the fact that the policy did not appear to be applied consistently. We came there to have fun, and although we enjoyed the games, the way we were treated at the entrance and when leaving to get food really put a damper on the experience. I hope management addresses how situations like this are handled so other customers don’t feel singled out or treated like they have done something wrong.

  Came for the eat and play combo, but when it seems too good to be true... it is. They open at 10 which they did but the only two employees were talking to each other at the ticket redemption not interested at all in being welcoming or friendly; sorry to inconvenience yall, and no one was at the host stand so I called and they said the kitchen doesn't open till 11.... how is it an eat and pay combo if you can't eat anything? Would've been nice to know I would not have come wasted gas, time and money (you have to pay for parking), probably won't come back now or go to any Dave and Busters any more, I don't appreciate the poor attitude service or funny business. Good luck!
