I come to this Chipotle at least once a week, excited for my classic bowl with all my favorite toppings, and im truly disappointed in what is happening here. Not selling water cups, rude staff, egregiously bad portions, constantly dirty, i could keep going. Today I came with my good buddy, where he encountered a staff member who stuffed his burrito on a simple request of more tomato’s, yet was charged for another tortilla despite not asking for one? He simply asked for extra tomato, and im not sure I’ve ever encountered such issue before. We were truly disappointment in today’s staff, being inconsistent and rude with customers. Please fix this chipotle, it will always be you.

I ordered a burrito with extra pico and corn - which are free extras.. the lady has the audacity to tell me that she is going to charge me for a side tortilla because she can not wrap the burrito without struggling. How is it my fault that you overloaded the burrito with rice and beans, and barely add additional toppings. And when I request extra you barely give the baseline amount of a FREE extra item, and decide that you are going to randomly charge me extra although it is completely your fault that you can’t wrap the burrito. I question this, and refuse to pay for a side tortilla. The entire staff comes to argue with me, no reasoning whatsoever - threatens to kick me out. Would never care this much about paying a couple extra dollars, but the rude and unjust way I was treated exacerbated the situation. She was a short lady with pink hair. Chipotle fix your staff, figure it out. Don’t hire these sad, sad people.
