When we called to see what options were available to rectify store's mistake, the "manager" answered the phone by asking "What was so urgent that we held the line for 10 mins"? No offer to correct their error, as if to say the customer has to eat whatever they feel like sending you. Too many other good pizza places to choose from in Pawtucket. Skip this place til they get better management.

To witness someone as passionate as Kerry working there makes me want to go there even more.. He was helpful and kind.. Loved every minute in there
