- SOSara Ortiz6 days ago1.0This was, without question, the worst Dunkin’ experience I have ever had. There were only three cars in line, yet it took over 30 minutes to get through. My order had to be repeated multiple times, and then I was directed to a second pickup window. At that window, the wrong order was brought out twice. Eventually, we received all but one of our drinks—and every drink we did receive was made incorrectly. When I explained which drink was missing, the employee returned with someone else’s order. They then left the window, came back again, and asked what I was still waiting for. At that point, I honestly just said forget it. We had already been there an unreasonable amount of time, and I was holding up the people behind us. The entire experience was disorganized, inefficient, and frustrating from beginning to end. Honestly, after spending 30+ minutes getting through a line of three cars, I understand exactly why the line moves so slowly. I’m usually pretty patient when a restaurant is busy, but this wasn’t simply being busy—it was a complete breakdown in order accuracy, communication, and basic customer service. 0/10. Would not recommend.

You couldn’t find 10 people who could care any less about anything in their life than the people that work at this establishment. These people don’t care about anything. They don’t even care enough To take off their PJs before coming to work. They look like crap they act like crap they treat you like crap, their espresso machine is never working and they’re always out of ingredients. If you decide to come here, you did it to yourself. There are literally four other Dunkin’s in a 1 mile radius. Do yourself a favor and try one of those before coming to this one.

- SMSuzie MosleyJun 7, 20261.0IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD worst experience for drive thru in my life every trip expect to sit there for 20+ minutes, weekend crew is the worst most unprofessional people i’ve ever encountered, multiple experiences from everyone in the community has had problems with the employees being confrontational with customers, spilling coffee into cars thru the window, they want to say why are you honking we only have 4 people working here it’s not rocket science beloved coffee and sandwiches they don’t take 20 minutes to cook
