I understand if you're having a bad day, but to not even greet a customer whose been waiting 20 minutes while 5-6 employees just continue to talk to eachother while doing nothing is kind of ridiculous. I won't be going to this location ever again hope some of the people working there find happiness in their lives

The girl at the drive through was insanely rude, I always go through and ask how the workers are doing wherever I go somewhere because we are all human and deserve to be shown that we aren’t just a person behind a counter. But I drove through and received an aggravated and short “hi”and then silence when I asked how they were doing, I reluctantly put in an order because I already felt like I was inconveniencing them not getting any responses, just an egg and cheese and hashbrowns. I was given an “ok” then silence, so I pulled up, they took my card without speaking to me, and handed me food and instantly turned away from me. Again I don’t care, it is what it is, but when I opened up the bag it was burnt to a crisp, so bad that it almost wasn’t recognizable as a sandwich and more like something they scraped off the bottom of a grill :/ It’s one thing to be rude but that’s my money that you just tossed into a fire, I mean come on, put yourself in someone else’s shoes. You don’t know what someone else is going through, I get that it goes both ways but get real - I’ve never gone somewhere and gone out of my way to show kindness to someone to be met with such extreme unnecessary disdain and anger like I had done something horrible to them. Just started the day off horribly and made me feel crappy in general. If you’re gonna treat someone like a burden at-least give them something edible for what they paid for and not a fricken hockey puck. If you read this you know who you are :/ we all work in retail/food service or some other sucky job, you aren’t the only one who’s miserable.
