- CLChi LewisJun 24, 20261.0All it takes is one bad experience to make sure customers don't return. I put in a mobile order for a coffee. Showed up 8 minutes later. This location has an outdoor pickup window instead of indoors, so I walked up and waited a few minutes. I saw employees inside, and there were only two cars in the drive thru. I ring the bell. No one even acknowledges it. I wait 5 more minutes and and ring the bell again. The entire time this is happening, an employee is having a conversation with their friend outside after bringing them a drink. I try to be reasonable but this felt purposeful even if it wasn't. I used to like this location a lot, but the treatment today was absolutely unacceptable. I had to leave because I had an appointment to get to, so I didn't even get my coffee that I had already paid for.

People waiting in the parking lot for their food just madness every time. Especially on the weekends. Reviews are not my thing but just thought I’d save people their time and money!!

When I got to the window, the associate at the window told me to wait in my car in the parking a they were going to bring my food to me. I waited for 40 minutes and no one brought the food out to me that I paid for. I drove back up to the window and asked them to give me back my money. These are very careless workers. I can never trust them with my food. I won't come back to this place anymore.
