I placed a mobile order and arrived about 10 mins later, the guy at the window told me to park and it would be brought out? It was only a coffee and i proceeded to sit there and watch multiple cars go through the drive thru being handed drinks & food. Not to mention ive never been told to pull up and park at a dunkin… I have a newborn in my car & an appointment to get to, absolutely unacceptable. Then i finally get my coffee and it is 90% coffee grinds, went straight to the trash.
