Over the past three years, I have respectfully spoken with the manager and several employees multiple times about preparing my food and coffee according to the order I pay for. I always remain polite, patient, and understanding. I never raise my voice or make a scene. If something is wrong, I simply ask, with a smile, if it can be remade. Unfortunately, the same issues continue to happen. I ask for my sandwich to be lightly toasted, yet it often comes out overly browned or burned to the point that I can’t enjoy it. I order a flavored swirl, but I’m sometimes given flavor shots instead, which completely changes the taste of the coffee. These aren’t occasional mistakes—they’ve become a recurring problem. As someone who has been a loyal, paying customer for three years, it’s frustrating to feel like my order isn’t being taken seriously. There have even been times when I’ve had to throw my food away because it was burned, and I don’t always have extra money to replace a breakfast I already paid for. That is incredibly disappointing, especially when I’m just trying to start my day before work. I truly hope this review encourages management to focus on consistency and customer care. All I’m asking is for my order to be prepared the way I requested and paid for. I believe that’s a reasonable expectation, and I hope future visits reflect the same level of care and respect that I try to show every employee. I simply cannot handle this anymore. I continue to feel so disrespected.
