    Showed up at 8:30pm and it clearly says it closes at 9pm and we were turned away because they were closing early. Guess that's what you get when you hire kids

    Workers are extremely rude. One of the workers made sure to let me know she’s past her shift. Which I would be annoyed about too, I don’t blame her, but that’s not my problem I’m not the manager, I’m a customer. There were 6 people in the store waiting for online orders, including myself. They had all 3 people working making sandwiches for people in line. I saw all the people that were inline when I walked in be helped, and then they continued to help each person who walked in the door after I and others had been waiting for our orders. They stated they have to help the people in line first, so if someone kept coming in line I guess I never would’ve gotten my ALREADY PAID FOR order.

    Do not order “ahead” online here. They do not complete any online orders if they have a customer in line (the online orders came in before the customer walked in). My order was supposed to be ready at 6:15 today, and I didn’t receive it till 6:55 while watching them do customer after customer that walked into the store. When I said something their response was “it’s first come first serve”- if that’s the case wouldn’t my PAID order and receipt be my space in line? I understand having to help customers in line, but when you have a line now building up for people waiting for ONLINE orders that have a pickup time, you should start taking one customer from the line and then taking an online order and asking the next person in line to wait. I should not have had to wait 40 minutes past my pickup time for 2 subs!!!!! When people would walk in and get their subs.

    Workers do not know difference between a cucumber and pickles. Put cheese on wrong sub, and they don’t add much of the condiments
