  Ordered 125 chocolate covered strawberries over a week ago from the bakery. Was just called 6 hours before the party starts saying they are canceling the order. Stop and Shop will no longer have my business as this is completely unprofessional and terrible business practice.

  Employees are uninterested and annoyed when you ask for help finding what you need. This happened to me over the past 20 years. They're always talking to another employee in the department I'm in, and look at you like you're bothering them for asking for help. Never a smile. I switched to Daves Market in Cumberland, even though I'm from N.Smithfield. Lil General on Great Rd blows this place out of the water

  KUDOS to Stop and Shop in North Smithfield for heeding my concern yesterday about the three dogs in the parked white Jeep Cherokee; sunny day, windows cracked, dogs barking furiously even tho no-one was around. Here is an important PSA. Please be aware and share this info. A car on a sunny winter day can become a death trap for a dog in as little as 10–20 minutes. Even if the outside temperature is 40-50°F, solar radiation can drive the interior temperature to well over 100°F, as 75% of total temperature rise occurs within the first 5 minutes. WHAT TO DO IF YOU SEE a dog in a parked car: Make note of the time, take the lic plate, ask nearby businesses if they know the owner of the car, call Animal Care and Control. IF YOU'RE STILL DOUBTFUL as to how quickly a car will get hot, do a quick test. Turn off the car, crack the windows and see how long you last.

  Absolutely horrible experience with an online delivery order tonight. The order had taken longer than expected to come out to our DoorDash driver. After that, we got the entire wrong order for another customer and now have to waiting for another driver to deliver our correct order, whom may or may not get it before the store opens. On top of all of this, Stop and Shop demands charging the entire order onto my card a second time while the original refund takes up to 7 days to return to my account. This is no small hit to my families account with the cost of living these days and really puts us in a tight spot. I would greatly appreciate ANY response from management in this matter as Stop and Shop is impossible to get in touch with.
