  Employees responsible for online orders are lazy. They mark heavy items out of stock so they don't have to handle them. If you pay attention item that are on sale get marked up weeks before the sale. If I could give a 0 I would.

  I bought some 80/20 ground beef here that was on sale. Upon opening the package I was immediately punched in the face with the sweet smell of rancid meat. This meat was either packaged while it was spoiled or their refrigeration system is not working properly.

  Ordered 125 chocolate covered strawberries over a week ago from the bakery. Was just called 6 hours before the party starts saying they are canceling the order. Stop and Shop will no longer have my business as this is completely unprofessional and terrible business practice.

  Employees are uninterested and annoyed when you ask for help finding what you need. This happened to me over the past 20 years. They're always talking to another employee in the department I'm in, and look at you like you're bothering them for asking for help. Never a smile. I switched to Daves Market in Cumberland, even though I'm from N.Smithfield. Lil General on Great Rd blows this place out of the water
