Ordered ahead through Uber Eats to save time, pulled into the drive-thru, and got turned away and told to come inside because of some unposted “policy.” So what’s the point of ordering ahead? No signs, no warning, no effort to help—just “it’s policy.” All it did was waste my time and make a simple pickup unnecessarily difficult. This location seriously needs to get it together.

Its either pure laziness or purposefully extorting the customer Especially because their cups are clearly labelled with how much ice should be in it. If you ask for less ice, then they dont fill the cup all the way. In a world where everything is expensive, purposefully underfilling the product is a gross buisness model.
