- ASAmy Steventoday1.0Won't be going back to this one. Started to reincorporate it again after not being in a while and over the last few months, the drive through has always taken far too long or there's always been some technical issue going on. Today I sat behind someone in the drive through 45 to 6 minutes before the intercom, even turned on for them to which they ended up just leaving. I pull up and after a moment ask "hello?", to which they say they will be with me in a moment. After another two minutes, they finally take my order. When I get to the window, they are still dealing with a register issue and then when they return, they couldn't recall what they were supposed to give me. In my opinion, a drive through at 5:30am shouldn't take over 10 minutes.

They mention caramel sugar and there is cinnamon sugar on top and the latte taste burnt. I started making my own at home but of course when I run out at home the one time I go to this location on my way to work. My coffee can't even get made right and they don't give you receipts. There was no line. If it was busy I could understand but it was not.

NO napkins and the customer service was horrible!! I work at a Dunkin’ Donuts and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been too. So disappointed.

- ETEvan ThibeaultJun 8, 20265.0This wonderful boy was working the front register when i came in i believe that his name was Alex or maybe adam he made sure to give me the best of service and put some good cream on my oreo cloud latte it was wonderful although on the slightly salty side which i like. There was a large pile of pennies and other coins in the tip jar which must mean that he is extremely Good at his job. If i could i would recommend him to get promoted to manager at least. He wished me a dunktastic day when i left which made my day.
