- CDChelsea DemersAug 9, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’. I ordered ahead, but I’m still waiting, and the drive-thru line isn’t even that long. Each car is taking around five minutes just to get their food, while the employees seem to be spending a lot of time laughing and talking instead of helping customers. This has been an ongoing issue at this location for about a year now. The service is sometimes okay depending on which employee is working, but overall, it is consistently extremely slow. On top of that, the employees are often not very friendly or welcoming. I’ll say “have a good day” and they won’t even acknowledge me or say it back. There’s rarely a simple “hi” or any basic customer service. I understand that everyone has bad or busy days, but this has become a pattern at this location. The employees really need to work on their efficiency, communication, and basic manners. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the service here has been very disappointing

Order is never right even when an online order is placed and it's literally printed out for them to read. Rude employees. Just save your money and find someplace else.
