- SSSami6 days ago1.0I was there today waiting in line to checkout when the manager, I believe his name was Eric, was screaming and being incredibly loud and disrespectful to one of your employees. Completely unprofessional, and made everyone in line uncomfortable. I don't know who that kid was or what the situation was exactly, but unacceptable for a person to scream like that. That manager was out of control. Will no longer be taking my business here.

Cashier rang everything up and left all gallon size stuff on the belt saying you need to move it yourself because my back hurts and I'm not lifting anything. Why are you standing at the cash register? Customer service has really gone downhill.

The produce, for the most part, is always fresh and of great quality. I choose this grocery store over the rest. I’m not asked for help often which okay as I prefer to be left alone and I go so much, I know the layout of the store. Most of the employees seem to be long time employees as well - I see the same core group of people when I go. Thank you, Stop and Shop!
