  I called a bakery to order a cake. Initially, they gave me a 24-hour timeframe. I accepted, thinking it was for tomorrow. However, they replied, “Oh no, we need more than 24 hours.” It felt like they were simply avoiding their responsibilities. I’ve never had this issue with any other Stop and Shop. The cashiers are also rude and unwilling to assist.

  Girl there tonight with the braid is rude and IGNORANT, no other way to explain her customer service and personality.. started to video her rudeness .. she’s ridiculous

  Bad customer service experience every time I try to pay with a cashier. Never near there register in the mornings. Having side conversations. ignore customers and when finally acknowledging the customer they roll their eyes and suck their teeth. Grown people shouldn’t be acting like this. I only want to pay and leave the store. This shouldn’t be happening. Silly childish behavior. I’m going to stick to self check out.

  Carriage-getter rolled his eyes when I attempted to squeeze by him, blocking the door at 9:50, when they close at 10. I was then notified of the above by a "customer service" person, which I didn't believe needed a response, but then proceeded to follow me around when I was only getting one thing. I immediately left without a purchase.
