  Food showed up late and was eaten by the driver. Tried to call, waited 15 min on hold to be hung up on. This was from mineral spring ave in north providence.

  I made an order for pick up and came a little after the time it said it was ready on the app. After coming inside and approaching the counter, all of the staff looked at me then completely ignored me for over 10 minutes. It looked like there was 2 workers out of the 5 that were actually doing something. Someone else came in and a staff immediately approached him asking how they could help them. They said they were picking up and gave their name. The staff member looked at orders that were in insulated bags then turn to me and say my name. The fact that my order was ready the entire time I was standing there and they couldn't take 2 seconds to ask my name and hand me my food was ridiculous. Ive never had that issue at any other establishment. Pizza was also underdone. The dough broke apart every time I picked up a slice. The s'mores dessert was delicious though. I'll definitely not be coming back unless the staff's customer service changes.

  I placed an order for delivery. The order took over an hour to get here, the food was cold and the order was incorrect. I called the store to see if they could give me a refund or correct my order and I was put on hold for over 25 min before I hung up. While the food can be good the service was absolutely horrible. Spoke to two people and was placed on hold twice for over 20 min.

  Came out late to begin with, then Uncooked pizza, wrong order, very little toppings, swapped items, missing chicken wings, warm sodas. Took FOREVER for fixed items to come out. Bad attitude and service from workers. And the "fixed" items were as horrible as the first. The dessert and new pizza came out completely raw again. Worker lied about refund and Gave a receipt that acted as a gift card instead.
