The atmosphere is amazing the employees all are very kind and enjoy what they do and I've not once had a bad coffee or a decent coffee. We've been here every day for 2 weeks to get our morning coffee and each time its a 10/10.

At approximately Monday March 16th, at 4:00 PM in the drive-thru on Smith Street, I received a hot coffee with a lid that was not properly secured. As a result, the coffee spilled onto my hands, causing redness and a burning, stinging sensation. The young employee who assisted me was very polite and mentioned that the store’s lids are not very good, which she said may have caused the issue. While I appreciate her kindness, extra care should always be taken when handing hot beverages to customers to ensure the lid is properly secured and prevent spills or potential burns.
