This morning was different placed a mobile order for myself and my boss went to go pick it up he comes back they forgot my coffee roll. I called in 10-20 mins later the young lady I spoke with on the phone was so kind excellent customer service didn’t argue with me was so kind so professional. She told me I can go back later or tomorrow no problem. I get there I pull up the lady at the window before handing me the coffee roll says you did get your coffee roll. I said no I didn’t I promise I didn’t. She said yes because someone ordered a coffee roll said it was forgotten and came back around. I said well there were separate orders and I didn’t get my coffee roll. She blamed me for there being multiple orders. Also there were employees in the background doing things that were extra not necessary. As she handed me my coffee roll she said you already had two here is your third it’s okay though. Excuse me ? I was flabbergasted. I wouldn’t lie about not getting a coffee roll or any missing item. I always tip pretty well I know how hard it is to work in customer service for I have been in customer service for 15 years. I started young. There are things you do and things you don’t. I’m a really nice young lady unless circumstances prevent me from not being so. I also paid for the person behind me. My point is I felt so small in that moment and I wasn’t going to let it slide. The slick comments, the back and forth wasn’t necessary. I wasn’t rude I was polite from beginning to end and every time even when I go at 3 in the morning or 2 am. No matter the time I’m always polite. What you did was unacceptable, disgusting and rude. You could have given me my missing item with out all the back story. I give reviews for a reason. Have the day you deserve.

- SSSamanthaApr 9, 20265.0We just moved here about 2 weeks ago and its so hard to find a good dunkin anywhere, but we havent been to any other Dunkin in town. The atmosphere is amazing the employees all are very kind and enjoy what they do and I've not once had a bad coffee or a decent coffee. We've been here every day for 2 weeks to get our morning coffee and each time its a 10/10.
