  A rainy Friday checking out this North Kingstown location. I said good morning to the deli rep and the cashier(Liz) no good morning or hello back. I said thank you to both and nothing. Fair clean store. Need to work on simple customer service.

  Everytime I go into that location there I am completely frustrated with the customer service. The staff is constantly saying they are short staffed. No one at seafood department. The associates at the registers mainly are unpleasant. I try to go to Stop and shop as little as possible. I’ll spend extra money at Dave’s.

  Purchased 2 weeks ago, and i saw this white and black moldy substance floating around, and also brown coloring around the jar opening. The Jar was sealed, but easy to open like it was opened before. Threw it away! Expiration date in 2027 Customers check your pickles

  I don’t understand how both stores in North Kingstown has broken printers for edible icing sheets. And both workers in both stores are extremely rude about it.

  My daughter’s preschool class visited today (to learn about soup!) and the employees were all very nice and made sure the kids had a great time. Sample slices of cheese from the deli, balloons, and they even brought out a lobster from the tank for the kids to see. I was appreciative, and I know my daughter and her friends had a blast.
