  Did a mobile order got a regular iced coffee, it tasted horrible. I don't know if it was because it was 7:00 p.m and it was old coffee or what but it was really disappointing.

  Where’s the rest of my latte? I was handed a small iced drink with a noticeable amount of drink missing. You know that space at the top when it isn’t filled all the way. One of the worst things in the world. I ordered on the go…a small iced latte with less ice and oat milk. I then asked right away at the window for it to be topped off with oat milk. I get back the drink and either nothing has been done or they just added more ice which is what I was trying to avoid. The ratio people get it. I’m not trying to be jittery or drink a bitter drink cause I’m sipping straight espresso at that point. I like it evened out with the oat milk and this location failed to understand the assignment! Even after asking for it to be topped off there was still so much room at the top??! Like they did nothing different but take the drink and hand it back to me the same way??! God forbid a girl get some oat milk…it’s not coming out of the crew members paycheck if they give more when the customer asks! Just be better please 🙏

  I love this place. Everyone is very kind and bubbly, and they always get my order right. I used to go to the one by my house for convenience next to Kingstown liquor, but there’s always people there that have attitude and they often get your order wrong. It’s like they don’t even wanna be at work. But this one is the best one I’ve been to so far living in Rhode Island for over a year. Thank you for always being awesome

  Drive thru was not moving so we opted to go inside. Took almost 20 minutes to receive our order.
