- NDNicholas Dailey5 days ago1.0The soda fountains are always out. No matter what time of day you go there. Employee told me they don’t have enough people to change the syrup in the fountain machine. Apparently you need to hire someone to solely make sure the soda syrup is replaced. This the only chipotle that does this. anywhere else has no problem with this. They’re always trying stretch there three pans so they don’t have to make more food. I can pay less and get more food at a Chinese restaurant.

If you ask at the cash register, they will give you half a glass of ice. Not sure what the logic is, but I have to believe there’s a reason. All three times I visited the dining area was in need of cleaning. Tables and floor area would not have passed if a food inspector visited. Bathroom was clean. Staff is friendly mostly with each other and not so much with guests. Well, I continue to visit this location. Yes. My biggest desire is a clean dining room room…. Fingers crossed.

Half the time they aren’t even open during normal business hours (12:30p on a Friday they are currently closed and have a sign on the door). The other half of the time they don’t have rice or beans or protein or anything that’s needed to make a normal chipotle burrito.
