Not sure who raised the female who was answering the drive thru window then when my coffee was given to my it was just ice and milk….. mind you I ordered an ice shaken espresso and she told my husband it was a latte … I’m sorry if you don’t care about coffee or know how to make it don’t work at a coffee shop

They gave me wrong order and I requested to fix my order the lady manager come out and gave me attitude and still gave me wrong order. I repeat multiple time how I like my order. They still make it wrong. I am very disappointed. DDonut is my favorite for more than 15years. This is the worse place I ever go. Especially the manager is very bad customer service.

I was looking forward to my first DD experience, but Unfortunately, I was met with disappointment from both the customer service and taste aspect. The workers on shift had zero tact, were n out interested in answering questions customers had, and were chatting amongst themselves the entire time (not while working) while several folks waited on their orders prior to going into work. A customer in uniform said “excuse me” several times before being addressed and when she finally was, the worker turned around and said “what?” and rolled her eyes. Additionally, I ordered a basic SF vanilla latte and it was completely watered down. I was hoping the coffee would at least be good. Do not go here, there are many great local shops in town with better customer service and coffee!!

I wish I would have saw one of the (younger) girls names, along with probably what was the manager or shift leader. You both have amazing patience. I watched one person hand their drink back in the drive through because it didn’t have Caramel drizzle on it, two minutes after that, I watched a woman get served a drink, and with a huge attitude hand it back to the girl who was already over loaded with orders, to “shake or stir her drink for her”. In that time I also watched a door dash driver demanding his order at least twice.. Again..they were busy but the patience you all had with rude customers, I had to give you a shout out, from past Dunkin employee kudos to your team.

Spend $40 get wrong sandwiches multiple times... sandwiches have hardly been toasted anymore.... The former guy they had on sandwiches was Stier :( I miss that guy.... I get the girls are "trying" but they honestly dont care enough to make it with at least some sort of passion... no passion means the food tastes horrible 😞
