    I ordered the black cherry refresher and it was terrible and when I ordered it in other locations it was good and this time it was terrible it tasted like chlorine

    It is really hard to work at a Dunkin or any other kind of coffee shop. Customers, including me, can be certified PITAs. There are a lot of areas where improvements can be added to the Dunkin app side to assist the storefront. It was after 6 PM, and I ordered a box of munchkins through the app, I arrived at the Dunks ready to pick it up, I was told by an employee that they didn't have any munchkins, and I would have to go through the app to request a refund. I left without a refund or a product, and started the process to request a refund through the Dunkin app. Luckily, their AI agent was helpful in asking me what the order was, which location it was in, and what was the issue. I was offered 600 points as a way to alleviate the problem. Upon saying that I still requested a refund, the app closed the chat. So I went back to the app this morning, tapped "Transaction History," then tapped the "Issue with Order" text to be put into a chat with an AI agent. I shared the relevant details and was again offered 600 bonus points for my trouble. At this point, I could only escalate the issue to the point where a human agent will contact me with a case number. I will hear back from Dunkin in two business days. I look forward to being educated on how to properly request a refund. While we are all trying to have a little more respect, I will do my part by being a better human. I will take some time to talk to a brick wall to learn how communication works. America runs on running water, and I'm starting to think that the data centers powering AI agents are not using this water in a responsible fashion.

    This is so bad the food is over cooked and they don’t listen to what I said, and gave me the wiring things and I pay extra, the attention is very bad they are always in a bad mod don’t go there!

    I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts to order a large Sangria Refresher with sparkling water, along with four shots of Berry Burst energy. I understand that this specific customization may not be directly entered through the POS system, so I offered to pay the price difference by being charged for an extra cup or a munchkin. I was told this was “not allowed,” which is simply not accurate. I’ve ordered this same drink at multiple Dunkin’ locations in the Newport, Narragansett, and South Kingstown areas without any issue, including at this location in the past. For context, I also work at Dunkin’ Donuts and have been an assistant manager for over 3.5 years, so I’m very familiar with what is and isn’t possible. This request is no different than ordering a large Berry Burst energy drink and adding refresher concentrate. Unfortunately, this felt less like a policy issue and more like a lack of willingness to accommodate a reasonable request. Consistency and customer service could definitely be improved here.
