  Even one star is too generous. I want to tell everyone: absolutely do not go to this place. If you do order food, make sure you thoroughly check the sandwich you receive. I like Dunkin', and since this location is close to my home, I used to visit this store frequently. However, I have had disappointing experiences here on multiple occasions. Time and again, the sandwiches I ordered were served completely burnt—just like in the photo. They might look fine on the outside, but the parts you can't see on the inside are charred black and utterly inedible. I’ve even tried filing complaints, but it was completely useless. I really have to wonder how this place is being run—and whether the owner or manager is even aware of what’s going on. That’s right! I’m the fool! I kept going back, foolishly thinking things might have improved. But no more.

  The employee who made this sandwich knew the bread was burnt, yet hid the burnt parts on the inside before serving it. Just look at the photo I worry this palace owner and customer

  The drive through staff are rude. I’m not sure why they feel it’s acceptable to ignore a customer speaking directly to them. I really hope something is done about this. I will not be treated rude, especially after purchasing from them. Highly upset and disappointed!

  Dirty as hell. Tables were covered in grime and food scraps, and the restroom was filthy. Have some pride.
