On a Tuesday at 10am no one at drive thru I pull up these girls have to finish their conversation making me wait ... OK then I order finally get to window wait another 8 mins for them to take payment..ok whatever I just want my coffee 37 mins later... I get coffee they made it wrong!!! I bring back in and I'm told " I made what's on the sticker" I say I don't even want it at this point give me my money back...they refused a refund .... make coffee again giving me a cup of milk and a splash of espresso....GrOSS!! From customer service to coffee they suck stay away at all cost take your money else where
