  Went here Sunday night at 8:45pm. Not a long wait but at the end of my checkout the lady made a rude comment to my boyfriend about how much he eats chipotle… which isn’t a lot… She proceeded to check us out. The store itself is dirty, nothing is restocked there were no utensils out for use, and no one looked like they wanted to be there. Employees play their own music in the back where they cook loud enough to hear it from the front of the store. Don’t come here.

  This place made me never want to eat at a chipotle again. The establishment is disgusting and unclean. There were so many people working but nobody was waiting on customers or even cooking food. All they were doing was fighting with each other. They blast rap music in the back but it doesn’t seem to increase productivity in any way. All of the protein options were empty and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook something I didn’t even want. I don’t recommend going. Also both of the bathrooms were out of service

  hands down worst Chipotle I've ever visited. Paid about $8 extra for guac on the side and guac on a bowl. They were out, and instead of notifying me and removing the charge, they just charged me full price, with no guac... Found out on returning home, had to come back. They tell me they can't issue a refund there because I order online. Online system is of course a disaster and can't get anyone on the phone.

  So bad. I felt pretty bad because I went in right as they opened as listed on their website but they were pretty rude about it and claimed they needed another 30 minutes to open, we were ok with it but other people kept walking in, so we went back in after 10 minutes and this guy was packing doordash orders even though he just claimed they wouldnt be open for 30 minutes. A customer picked up their order wondering why there was no chips even though he paid for and ordered them and the guy was really rude about it and claimed the chips werent ready and he would need to place another order. The guy working the front was clearly upset and frustrated by the customers and was mumbling and swearing to himself it was also kinda gross his shoes werent fully on. He dropped a whole thing of cups which seemed to set him off and we knew he would just be upset to make our order so we just left. Pretty bad experience, even though they just opened the tables around also seemed to be pretty dirty. The music was also really loud the place really seemed to lack management as it was really unprofessional and overall just a negative experience. I hope they navigate this as chipotle is really yummy and it sucks we had to miss out and this location seems to have consistent bad ratings.

  The worst experience I’ve ever had. I have never encountered this level of disrespect toward customers and food. I have worked in the restaurant business for 4 years, and I could never imagine treating my job, customers, or food this way. The restaurant was extremely messy, even though there were two people working. At first, everything behind the line looked clean. However, the employee with black hair started preparing a customer’s order, and her attitude was shocking. She looked visibly annoyed and disgusted while handling the food, aggressively throwing ingredients into the bowl. Food was flying everywhere, and she turned a previously clean workspace into a mess. When the customer paid, she tossed the bag so carelessly that the drink fell onto the floor. She didn’t apologize or even acknowledge what happened. Then we watched another customer’s order being prepared. She put a huge amount of sticky rice into the bowl, filling almost all the space and even overflowing, then added an extremely small amount of beans and meat — such a tiny portion that it honestly looked like a joke. The proportions made no sense, and the entire interaction felt rushed, careless, and aggressive. We decided to leave because if someone behaves this way with food and customers while being watched, it makes you wonder how they handle things when nobody is around. I understand that restaurant work can be exhausting and repetitive, especially coming from NYC where the pace is much faster, but this was beyond being tired or having a bad day. This was a complete lack of care, professionalism, and respect for both customers and food. My brother was waiting in the car and couldn’t believe how bad the experience was. The photos from the most recent reviews accurately reflect what is happening at this location.
