- SYSimon YinSep 26, 20261.0I ordered the Pollo Asado as a side today, and I was honestly very disappointed with the portion size. The amount of chicken I received was extremely small. The menu says the Pollo Asado contains around 37g of protein, but the portion I received looked nowhere close to what I would expect for that amount of protein. I understand that 37g refers to the amount of protein, not the weight of the food, but the serving I received was still surprisingly small. For the price, I expected a much more reasonable portion. I hope Chipotle can make the portion sizes more consistent, because this was not what I expected at all.

Then they tell me they are out of the chili lime chips so i ask for regular chips but extra bag since the chili chips are gone somehow and i get the smallest bag of chips on the shelf? Fire everyone and start from scratch

I have never had a chipotle be so consistently bad! I don’t like to bash places because I’m not sure how hard they are trying. It’s understandable for things to be out of stock and especially understandable if its the end of the night. However, all the time shows a poorly run establishment!I give the service 3 stars because I’m not trying to bash the employees who are just trying to do their job! Something really needs to be done with this location! Also, it is typically always a mess. I have tried reporting to headquarters a few times but nothing seems to be done! Also while reading other reviews It is nice to see management comment however these reviews our a little over a month old some of them. The fact that nothing is being done is concerning! A concerned and want chipotle customer haha.
