  This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. The dining area was filthy and clearly had not been maintained throughout the day. On top of that, they were out of multiple items (honey chipotle chicken, veggies, chips, and more) despite having a line out the door. What made the situation even worse was the fact that only two employees were working, and they were doing everything they possibly could to keep up. They were kind, hardworking, and visibly overwhelmed. When I asked one of them if management had really scheduled only the two of them, he politely responded, “Yes, and our manager is sitting in the back.” That is completely unacceptable. The failure here was not the employees, it was the management. Those two workers deserved support, not to be left struggling while customers piled in. I truly hope they find another workplace that values their effort and treats them with the respect they deserve. Yikes!

  Out of everything but chicken, line didn’t move the first 10 min there (no less than 5 customers left while waiting), all tables were dirty, something liquid spilled all over floor with no care, and instead of focusing on serving two of the workers were bickering about whether some previous customer should have been charged for guacamole. Most disappointing trip to Chipotle I’ve ever had.

  Only one person working the front, and one other in the back seemingly doing nothing. Waited in line for 20+ minutes as the worker in the front prepared to-go orders without serving the customers in line. Finally got to the front and there were almost no protein options left (the worker in the back was not preparing any food). The food was cold and tasted very bland compared to other Chipotle locations. Silverware was not stocked and the restaurant was very dirty. The worker in the front was polite, but they were clearly understaffed, indicating very poor management and ownership oversight. Will not be returning to this location.

  The worst Chipotle I’ve been to. This is the first time I posted a google review. I placed my order on APP around 1pm and was told the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes later, my order was not ready. There was only one person working in the restaurant. Then after 30 minutes waiting, they run out of food. How ridiculous! I had to cancel my order via APP. It’s a waste of time. BTW, the tables and floor were really dirty. It seems that nobody at the restaurant cares. This store should have been closed!!!!

  The food is hit or miss, and the location was absolutely disgusting. Trashes were full, tables were dirty, and the kitchen looked abysmal. I understand they’re making food during busy hours, but the kitchen appeared extremely disorganized and dirty while customers were ordering, which is not a good look for the restaurant. On top of that, there are rarely any items ready on the line. You’re lucky if anything is prepared when you walk in. It’s clear this location either needs more support or entirely new management because it’s the only Chipotle around here, and it feels like people don’t really have another option.
