- CDClaude DaoustSep 24, 20262.0They are taking online orders and can't keep up. Not even the biggest problem - that was the fries - what is going on there? If they have changed to what I just got today I'll be done with them. Burgers are good but I can get good burgers lots of places. What I cant get are decent fries. I heard someone else complaining to them about the fries and when I got home I understood. Fries were dry and shriveled - if they have switched to frozen Five guys will not survive as a chain.

Place online order at 6:30, get to restaurant at 7, husband runs in while toddler and I stay in car, foods not done yet. By 7:15, I bring toddler inside, at this point it’s 45 minutes after ordering our food. We get milkshakes at 7:15. We don’t have our food until 7:35. An HOUR for an online order. 3 burgers and a fry is what took an hour. 10 people, same problem. People were walking in and told they didn’t even have their order in their system to start yet because they were so behind.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
