- LWLori Williams6 days ago1.0Worst Dunkin i've ever been to. NEVER again!!!! I never post reviews but I've lived over here almost a year and a half and i will happily go another 5 miles to get good service. This Dunkin consistently frustrates me. Looonnngggg waits to get service at drive thru and my coffee is consistently either wrong or subpar. Even this time i said to myself why did i even pull in here im never happy with this Dunkin' but was in drive thru line at this point. But lesson learned.

- TMTalula MagnoliaMay 5, 20261.0this place is HORRIBLE! not at all clean. for starters, i went inside to order my usuals, after waiting a long 20 minutes i finally received my items… as i was eager to sip my drink there was a giant chunk of black mold in my strawberry dragonfruit refreshers ice! that itself is a mega health code violation when i asked for a refund the manager rolled her eyes then gave me the refund for the drink. the other issue was that same lady prior to the refund made my food. she’s on the old side with gray hair has these big beaty blue eyes, and most important she reeked of cigarettes, she prepared my bacon egg and cheese on a croissant…i then leave because i was already in a rush to get to work so in my car i eat my sandwich and what do you know… it tasted exactly how she smelt, like dirty cigarettes and ash! i threw everything out! a true shame and waste of money. i will NEVER be coming back to this dunkin ever again and will be contacting cooperate.

I can understand five minutes, but to have thrown out all of their donuts, 25 minutes before closing is pretty ridiculous. As someone who has worked at Dunkin’ Donuts in The past, throwing away the donuts is part of the closing shift and should happen after the doors are locked.
