  The dirtiest place I've ever been to! One of the girls took the trash out of the container with her bare hands, the worst food ever! I regret ordering! I had to clean my table so I could sit! I managed to eat a few bites because everything was disgusting!

  The amount of money I paid for my food it was not worth it because the food was nasty,the cashiers seem they came to hang out at the place for a good time instead of working when they have a customer in front of them I've been to other Chipotle and I have gotten better service better food quality but the one on Lincoln rhode island is not it for me I'd rather drive an hour away to the one I went to in Massachusetts.

  Horrible bad service, lack of respect with the customer, I work 12 hours a day and leave hungry for a quick lunch and I arrive at the place and I am treated very badly, I went to order tomato and there was not enough and when I asked if there was more they made an ugly face and did not want to take more, they shaved the rest of what was in the pot and gave it to me, I will never go back to this place and I will make sure that other people do not commit the same of going. :)

  I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I’m a usual customer, I go every Thursday and whenever I’m really craving it! Yesterday at 5ish me and my Husband went and when I ordered a steak bowl, there wasn’t any steak available. I offered to wait for it and let the line go, The employee preparing the food initially refused to cut the meat and walked away to do something else, even though more steak was eventually prepared shortly after he finally cut it. I ordered and paid for double steak, but I only received what appeared to be a regular portion and I tried telling the lady there wasn’t extra on it, but still was charged for it. What made the experience frustrating wasn’t just the food, it was the customer service. I quietly mentioned to the person I was with that I was disappointed, and instead of trying to address the issue, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and dismissed. Not only did I feel that way but my husband felt like we were being ignored, and to add to it, there was only one person running the line and appeared to not know what he was doing. I understand that restaurants get busy and things run out, but customers should be treated with respect and receive what they paid for. I hope management takes the time to improve both customer service and communication so others have a better experience. I will never return to this location again! I’ve always have a problem between 4 at 8, in the morning not so much anything from 11 to 3 I’ve always walked out happy and satisfied. Chipotle do better! Worst 25 bucks spent for absolute cold food and disrespect.
