  The workers are nice and food is good, but the manager is so rude to customers and berates her employees constantly. I have witnessed her on many occasions yelling at staff with many customers in the store. I feel awful for those who work there. She also speaks very rudely to customers and should not be leading anyone.

  I've visited this location four times, and on three occasions, I've witnessed a manager berating staff members in front of customers. It appears that most employees are students, and while I understand that high traffic and low staffing can create stress, there's no excuse for such condescending behavior. The lack of effective leadership and teamwork is evident, and it negatively impacts both service quality and employee morale. Having served in the military for seven years, I've experienced both good and bad leadership, which informs my perspective on this issue. I hope that management will take these observations seriously, as improving the work environment is crucial for enhancing both employee morale and overall service performance.

  I like this Dunkin but damn are they slow. I don't know if that is because they have 10 people working one shift or what. There's no inate sense of urgency for those making food. They need to increase hours or something.
