  So I decide to go to Five Guys in Johnston, Ri … and let me tell you I will never return. I simply went there to break my diet after a long, two week span of eating like a 90s swimsuit model. The young lady took my order and I began to wait for the food but before I decided to eat, I used the restroom. On my return back, I see that my food was ready so I decided I’m just going to eat inside instead of in my car like some psycho. So when I looked inside the bag, I only seen fries. I thought to myself, maybe they take out five first and then the second upon completing 2/3 of my fries I wondered what happened with my sandwich so I went and approached the counter. I made an inquiry for my sandwich which I was greeted with you already got it. So I said to the young lady, why don’t you reviewed your tape and you will see that I never opened a sandwich and I only ate fries for the last 10 minutes. Told me again that she made my sandwich and begin to prepare it. It took about seven minutes additionally. I was so mad that I took the sandwich and left…, and now, I’m back eating it in my car, like a psycho. Thanks for nothing five guys , Food was slamming thou

  The burgers were very good, and the free self-serve peanuts were a nice touch. The interior design felt unique and gave the place some character. However, the overall cleanliness could definitely be improved—there were several dirty tables, and the space felt a bit messy. The staff didn't seem to care to be there; Aside from that, the experience was okay.

  I dropped the service because the waitress did not engage me I typically order a hamburger fries no salt.. I'm use to being promoted if I want it with anything which then triggers me to get everything except ketchup. I was in a rush and didn't add that to my statement babe got a hamburger with with nothing on it. If she was engaging she would of said a plain hamburger nothing on it fries no salt. Nothing to catch on that I the customer may be ordering something that Isy not like.

  Service was slow but staff were patient, great parking as well.

  This five guys is always chaos. There is no order and the staff has no concern for providing customer service. I spend 20 minutes waiting for a milkshake while people who came in after me where getting their purchases first, and when I asked I just got an eye roll. I don't think I will come back to this location.
