- RFRobert FagnantAug 10, 20263.0I have to say really liked this place when Vanessa was running it, fast, fast, fast, and accurate. Almost the opposite now but one may not know this is a training ground for some other 14 stores the owner has or more. It's not about the money, it's attitude. It is not easy to train here, only two people really know what they are doing and when working so much, have little time to train others I noticed because the store is right off the highway and gets tons of customers. Unfortunately for the store, only one time, it seems to me people come and say never again. It takes a certain type of person to train. Not everyone can do that. You can be an excellent worker but have no training skills. The place has been remodeled and for a while the air was cold and refreshing. Now on brutal hot days, a few people I somehow managed to get some of my gang to try it again and they had to take their shirts off to the tee-shirt because everyone was sweating rivers there, uncomfortable, and they surmised that management was doing this on purpose so people would get to go and not eat there. The place has had problems people staying around, parking their computers on the direct connect and WIFI, and then working all day long, so could be some truth to that. Well, most said when I was there for a quick coffee, some sweating bullets, not reviews, that they would never go back to this one DD again. On reviews a few calculated how much they spend a year and said never again. NO GOOD! Trainee stores lose so many customers. You know the worst thing is when the workers are sweating, upset, and the atmosphere is like "Oh my God, another customer walked in the store, I hate this place!"

Also what am I supposed to drink my coffee with? Was it really impossible for you to include a single straw? The last time, they only filled my coffee halfway at the drive-thru. I am truly never visiting this restaurant again. My wife and I spent $850 here just last month alone. It's your loss! Byeeeeee!

Young girl with long black hair very rude and disrespectful to me! Will never come back to this store again!!
