They always went above and beyond to make sure my food was safe because I have a gluten allergy. Fast forward to now- the restaurant is run by new management and the quality of the food has gone downhill. The portions are horrible. I watched an employee come out of the restroom with his apron still on. This place is disgusting and almost none of the new staff speaks English so how can I effectively communicate my allergy? The new manager clearly doesn’t know how to run a restaurant or effectively train his staff. Disappointing. If I could give the store no stars I would. It’s a shame to see what was once my favorite location become one I won’t be returning to. I hope corporate takes notice and makes the necessary changes because this is ridiculous and I won’t be giving my money to chipotle anymore.
