  I really wanted to love this place because I had heard so many great things, but unfortunately my experience was really disappointing. The biggest issue was the temperature of the food. The middle of the eggplant was ice cold even though the outside was hot and the cheese was melted, which made it seem like it had been reheated. We had the same issue with one of the other chicken parm dishes. The chicken parm itself seemed freshly cooked, but even the pasta was hot on the outside and cold in the middle. The cannoli they give you was good and the salad was fine. I also ordered a glass of wine, but it tasted like the bottle had been open for far too long. For counter service, I also think the prices are much too high, especially considering the quality of what we received. I know this place gets a lot of great reviews, which is why I was excited to try it, but our experience simply didn’t live up to the hype. Maybe I’m spoiled because I’ve had chicken parm at Mike’s Kitchen, but if you know, you know. Unfortunately, this wasn’t even close for me.

  I’m an Italian-American male from Johnston, so unsurprisingly I have a significant standard for chicken parm. I’ve eaten enough of it to consider myself an expert. I have truly never had a better chicken parm sandwich than the bolognese piada here. Holy hell, what a meal. The fries were absurdly tasty, the “wrap” used for the sandwich was unique but absolutely worked, and everything just tasted wonderful. I don’t know why it was so empty in there. I spent like 16 bucks for an entire filling lunch (even after my wife took some bites!), that’s not even that bad for nowadays. Will definitely be back, if you’re wondering if you should go yourself, stop asking and go.

  First time ordering from Bomb Chicken Parm. I was not disappointed. Deliciousness plus! Large piece of chicken cooked to perfection. Large portion of pasta. Plus, salad and cannolis. Just great!

  Wanted to appreciate this venue but unfortunately the experience fell short. Upon pick up of a phone order, staff gave a quick glance and decided not to choose a friendly greeting. If you expect repeat customers , you should welcome every guest appropriately. Chicken parm was a thin, pounded cutlet with little flavor. The rigatoni was overcooked and the sauce on the sweet side. While the portion size is appropriate, the flavor profile is not. I think there are much better choices to give consideration to. This is a one and done experience. So sorry.

  Went there with my son for the 1st time and we shared a chicken parm. The portion was just right!! I wish I took a picture of the food because the presentation of the chicken parm looked good. It also came with a salad that was very fresh and crisp. I appreciate that!! The chicken parm was crispy, and tender. The staff was extremely welcoming. The sauce on the parm was delicious. I have no complaints on this place. We will definitely be back because I would love to try the vodka parm, the pesto parm and the eggplant rollatini. My son loved the chicken parm too. I’m glad they opened there!! Keep it up. Ohh yes and I can’t forget to mention how clean the place looked, even the kitchen!!!
