  Never have a problem with McDonald's. I love my cheeseburgers, sometimes I get the filet-o-fish, and my husband gets the chicken nuggets I need to know that I get my hot fudge sundae all delicious

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s while picking up a DoorDash order. The treatment I received felt inconsistent and honestly unfair. The person in front of me was handed their order without being asked to confirm anything, but when it was my turn, I was told—very abruptly and in a rude tone—to take a picture and confirm the order before leaving. The difference in how we were treated was noticeable and uncomfortable. It made me feel like I was being singled out based on how I look or my skin color, which is not acceptable in any setting. Customer service should be consistent and respectful to everyone. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management takes a closer look at how staff are treating customers and drivers.

  Ordered a medium deluxe chicken sandwich meal. My medium fry is built like a small and i’m missing lettuce on my sandwich. Also just assembled very poorly. If you don’t like the job enough to do it correctly, work somewhere else 🤷🏻‍♀️
